When the world plunges into physical conflict, it is a reflection of conflict within the spiritual worlds. This means that Easter, one of the power dates of the year, will be crucial for us to maintain balance and spiritual perspective.
This year, Melody and I have decided to use Zoom to gather those who feel they need to reinforce not only their own energies, but the energies of the world, with the Christ power of transformation and resurrection.
Not all priests can gather together in a physical location - and thank you to Melissa for creating this opportunity for priests in Victoria, but we can create a powerful assembly in spirit through internet technology.
In the old Centre the Good Friday Agape and Easter Sunday were two of our most important services. Through the Easter sequence we come to share in the death and transformation of the Christ, and then the splendour of his resurrection and the hope of transformation for humanity.
It was an old Centre saying, that if you only attended Good Friday – you received the sacrifice but not the hope – and you might well be depressed for the rest of the year ☺️ So we shall celebrate the rising of the Christ as well as his sacrifice. For good measure, we shall also share with you the Blessing of the Oils if you would like to consecrate holy oil for the next year.
