Our first edition of The Path to Pentecost came out in 2023. Melody and I have been overwhelmed by the number of people who contacted us and shared stories of how life-changing it had been for them. The first edition was hand-produced, printed on my home printer and spiral bound. Over the past two years people have suggested that we have the book commercially printed. Others have asked for extra copies - the first edition was capped at fifty numbered copies.
In response to both inquiries, we have laboured over the process of bringing the book to print and finally, it is in the hands of the printers. It will be superb! We have kept the A4 size so the artwork can be properly seen, but I have increased all the image resolutions from 72 dpi to 300 dpi - for the high quality commercial laser printer. The book is hardcover with complete cover in matt lamination. The printers suggested using a high quality paper so we have gone for 130 gsm silk to give the best possible quality for print a full colour illustrations.
The new luxury edition will retail for $146 plus postage. Similar books with full-colour printing normally cost much more. I would have liked to produce spiral bound copies, but costs have risen since 2023, and a spiral bound copy would cost $105 plus postage - so considering the difference in quality, it seemed much better to go for the best possible version.
Only a small number of copies have been ordered at present so opportunities to obtain the new book are limited. To celebrate the new edition though, we are offering a 'coupon' with the code, Path25, so anyone who puts an order in before the end of November will have $10 taken off the price
