The Elevation of Becci Valentine
Retreat Fee: $50
Our November Retreat will be held over Saturday and Sunday, the 15th and 16th. We are asking $50 per person to keep costs and work down. We would appreciate everyone bringing a plate to share for dinner.
This Retreat will have a creative theme, exploring everyone’s talents in the visual, speaking and musical areas, including dance. Anything applies. Come and show us your paintings, sing us a song, play your instruments, show us your dancing, read us your poetry, tell us a funny story - you get the idea!
The “Creation Celebration” will commence after a full Cosmic Mass on Saturday. Mario was really big on holding creative endeavours. We had such fun with them back in the day.
On Sunday we shall celebrate the Elevation of Becci Valentine, who was herself a student of Mario’s and loved him deeply. Please arrive to prepare at 12.45pm for a 1.00 pm start. We can share in a BBQ afterwards.
The whole retreat will be held at Bec and Imants home again at Sheoaks.
Dates
Saturday, 15th November
Arrival 12.45pm for 1.00 pm start.
1.00 pm Cosmic Mass
2.00 pm onwards: Creation Celebration
Shared dinner.
Sunday, 16th November
1.00 pm: The elevation of Becci Valentine.
Followed by a BBQ lunch and celebratory drinks.
Please Note:
The retreat fee of $50 covers “bubbly" for toasts, teas and coffees and other Retreat costs, but all other alcohol is strictly BYO!
The retreat will again be held at the beautiful home of Becci and Imants at Sheoaks. We will send you the address details after registration.
