14 “And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: ‘The words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation.
15 "‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! 16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. 17 For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. 19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. 21 The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.' 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
Rev 3:14-22
One of the greatest challenges human beings face is their sexuality. It is the “beginning of God’s creation”. Without sex, there is no creation.
For millennia our consciousness has had an ambivalent view of sex. We swing between using sex without limits, and repressing it completely. We don’t abide in either position. From life to life we swing backwards and forwards, we are neither hot nor cold. There is a third alternative. That is to realise that sex is the first energy that needs to be transformed. To “buy gold refined by fire” means that we can commence this process of refinement. When we are rich in energy, then we can infuse our physical, mental and emotional bodies with energy also. We become creative beings. We wear the white gown because we are purified. The astral is not dominated by sexual urges, either of expression or repression.
The gonads are the beginning point of the transformation of the physical body, and this begins to occur when Christ can enter in through this doorway.
Christ conquered, because he transformed his physical body into the resurrection body. When we can do this then we can sit on the throne with Christ.

Our final angel holds a sceptre, the symbol of kingship in his hand.
When we look back on the letters to the seven angels, we are repeatedly told "to conquer”. That is, to conquer the negative energies that entered into these centres over many, many incarnations. Esoteric and religious schools have set out many different methods and disciplines to cleanse the spiritual centres, but perhaps the most powerful was that given by Christ when as Jesus, he gave us the Lord’s Prayer.
Every time we say this prayer, we move powerful energies around the channels in the body and purify the centres. For today, say the Lord’s Prayer at different times during the day. Say it with thoughtfulness, with mindfulness, with power.
When you start meditation, commence with the Lord’s Prayer, for it sets into motion the energies of the gonads, which can then be lifted and released from their base. Because you use the Lord’s Prayer these energies, which are neutral in effect, now carry the divine stamp of approval for the purpose for which you are going to use the energies.
