The Online Tarot Course provides a “hands-on”, mentored introduction to working with the Tarot. It consists of twelve modules and the participant works at these in their own time. The time taken to complete a module can vary from a week to a month – typically most people finish the course inside a year. In each module, we look at a different aspect of Tarot interpretation. The base line is the simple material covered in “The First Circle”. Like a spiral, we embrace different “scaffolds” of Tarot interpretation. These begin with simple aspects of the cards like number, element and colour and progress to more complex structures. One of the most important aspects of the course is the mentor. This is a person who has spent (usually) many years developing their knowledge of the Tarot. As the student works through the exercises of the course, they send results of the exercises to the mentor. The mentor provides feedback to the student, and so knowledge and intuition become much deeper. The purpose of the course is not so much to develop an encyclopaedic knowledge of Tarot interpretation, but rather to develop the inner vision of the student. We could say that the Tarot is a route to developing “Realm-2” vision. Those who have undertaken the course to date have been amazed at how their own intuition develops. To learn about the Tarot in this context is truly life-enhancing. On the following pages you can read a summary of the course and download the first module (Module 0). Registration and payment options for the course are provided on the Registration page. |
